We had to beg and fight for over 2 days for a proper single bed for an adult (we were initially given a child's bed frame and an old mattress). Africa Stay eventually relented after multiple debates over the phone. We stayed at Zanzibar Bay Resort, the food, drinks and accommodation were of a very low quality. Our return flight was delayed. The only thing that salvaged our holiday was the excursions & natural beauty of Zanzibar.
