Stressfull way to book relaxing holidays

Tyrone was highly *********** throughout the entire reservation process... Started by quoting us wrongly, despite the additional cost, we still wished to book, only then he enquired with resort about availability. 3 days later, no availability, new quote came through for another resort including flight from wrong airport...It is the most challenging way to book a R60k to R80k holiday! Never again!
