POOR SERVICE

Very poor service. They good to u until they get your money. Thereafter no service at all. I am still awaiting a reply to an email about my extended stay at the hotel. I even now returned from my holiday. Consultant was Cheyenne and even dealt with supervisor Jenny, who was just as bad.
