Charlotte is a star!

I would just like to give special commendation to the lovely Charlotte of AfricaStay who assisted me with arranging a trip to Zanzibar's RIU Jambo hotel to celebrate my birthday with a group of 7 other friends. Charlotte was professional, enthusiastic and incredibly responsive from the very start of the process which began a year and half prior to the final trip.

From the beginning I felt assured that our trip would be handled with care and attention to detail and Charlotte never failed to impress with her prompt replies and assistance with any eventuality including name changes that needed to take place when original plans fell through for two friends. Will be highly recommending Charlotte to anyone looking to make travel arrangements with AfricaStay in future.
