Bad Service

Bought a trip to Rui Palace Zanzibar. Was invoiced and paid on the 13/01/2022. Was told on the 2/2/2022 that I am on the waiting list and that Rui Palace have no space. My trip is 12/02/2022. Realy been looking forward to this trip. How can I be invoiced if there was no space at the hotel ?
