Bad attitude not a bad business

The intention of my initial complaint was not to defame Africa Stay in any way and no derogatory remarks were made about Africa Stay whatsoever.<br> <br> I was merely expressing my personal opinion of my personal factual interaction experienced in dealing with Africa Stay's receptionist. I do not consider this defamatory to the receptionist as in terms of Sections 15 and 16 of the South African constitution, I have the right to freedom of thought and opinion, including the freedom of expression.
