Bad attitude lost business

When calling and asking to speak to someone specific who had told me about Africa stay I was told very rudely that no personal calls were allowed. It was not a personal call. <br> I asked to speak to that person specifically because they had said such nice things about Africa stay.<br> In future I will never recommend Africa stay purely because of the horrific receptionist. <br> I too work in the travel industry and we should be forming better working relationships instead of ruining one that could have developed into something proactive.
