AfricaStay - Exceptional Service

I had the most wonderful service from Hayleigh at AfricaStay. Before I logged queries for quotes with AfricaStay, I logged queries with two other travel agencies. Agents from both these travel agencies ignored my requests. The one lady did send an e-mail promising to contact me with quotes. Hayleigh didn't just came back with quotes, she had a lot of patience. My first request was for 2 adults, which is the one she rep**** to me, the requests thereafter were for four adults. She had to change her quote, which she did immediately. When I e-mailed her, she rep**** within a few minutes. I have already referred a friend to her for reservations for a trip to Zanzibar. She is a real assets for AfricaStay.
