Africa Stay Tours SUCKS!

<div>We booked a holiday to Zanzibar through Africa Stay flying on Mango Airlines. When we arrived at OR Tambo at 5.00am to check in for our 7.00am flight, we were told that the flight has been delayed until 10am. The representative for Mango didn't seem to concerned about us being delayed for 3 hours. When we were sitting in the departure lounge we were told by other traveller's that they were informed by their travel agents last night aready about the delay. I phoned the manager **** at Africa Stay, who booked out tour, from the airport, to tell her about our annoyance and dissatisfaction for not being informed timeously, and all she did was make excuses that she was only informed about the delay last night and did not have her laptop with her in order to contact the passengers, and because she was 33 weeks pregnant she could not go back to the office to fetch her laptop. I asked why she couldn't call her colleagues to assist and she came up with some other excuses. How inconsiderate and unconcerned of her allow us to sit at the airport for an extra 3 hours. There wasn't even any contact from her this morning until I called her at 9.45am. Disgusting service.... Never again will I use Africa Stay.</div>
