Africa spares ****mers

I was looking for a Toyota beam’s engine top cover. I was referred to Africa spares *** in one of the spares groups

I’ve paid the guy R1800 into an Africa spares account Which he says it’s for a second hand part. He then says it will be with me within 2 days.

Then he asks for R700 more payment by ewallet as they don’t have the second hand part and have to supply a new part. Which I paid.

Now he’s requesting me to pay Ram hand to hand R391. Initially he said he will deliver as they have vehicles coming to kzn from Beaufort West to deliver.

He refuses to refund me as he says there’s no fault, yet I have not received any part from him and it’s only been 4 days.
