Overcharged and ridiculous shipping time - supposed to be a South African Product

Purchased product inline with supposed special discount total as per invoice R1011,65. Then only to find two transactions on my bank R501,38 + R813.76. After several enquiries this is the response : We would like to express our gratitude for being a valued customer. We wanted to inform you that this overcharge is our handling tax charge, that is why we will be adjusting the price of our payment.

Please note that this charge will allow us to continue providing better service to you and our future customers.
