Solar System installation not working properly

I unfortunately used Leroy from African SolarCity to install my solar panels, inverter and battery. He worked with another company called DM Solar Supplies, and used their electrician (named Moyo) to connect and install the system. Since day 1, not all the panels have been pulling power from the Sun. The electrician was in a hurry and the sun was also going down, so the system wasn't fully tested. I have tried several times to contact Leroy to come out, however because he doesn't know what the issue is, he cannot come out to investigate. Two months later, still no luck. I would definitely not use them as aftersales service is pathetic. The inverter was also not setup properly and I had a few errors due to incorrect voltage and amps specified, which I managed to resolve with the help of other installers. Not professional, no aftersales service, untidy work (I had to cleanup myself), electrician with an attitude and didn't want to show me how the system works. Definitely a *********** company, installer and electrician. DO NOT USE THEM.
