Poor quality product

I bought a traditional zulu hat online and asked for the orange hat as advertised on their website. I paid for overnight delivery but it took days to get my order. The store said they didnt have my exact request at first but then said they had managed to source it even though I said I would be fine with a different colour. To my horror when it arrived it looked more like a school project than the advertised product. Then when I asked the store to fix this issue they said the product they sent is the same quality as all their products, why am i not happy.
