Failing to take responsibility

<p>MTN in conjunction with Africa Sky High trading trenched in out suburb to lay cables. After trenching, Africa Sky High Trading started retarring the trenches. I had two decorative pots at my gate for approximately fifteen years. With the retarring, tiles were cracked and damaged, and one of the pots broken into small pieces. I contacted Africa Sky High, and they said I must get quotes. I sent them the quotes, and they chose a supplier in Western Cape, obviously because he was the cheapest. When asking Jana at ASHT about the pots, I was told that they are ready. I asked her when will they arrange for collection and delivery, and she very rudely told me that I should have told them to collect and deliver. When I said to her I am not driving down to the Western Cape to pick it up as they damaged the pots, she again, rudely, told me "Good day Mr Steyn" and hung up the phone. Rude , utterly rude and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I am not the only person with complaints about ASHT. Maybe MTN should also investigate, as I hold them jointly responsible for the mess. Pathetic!!!!!!!</p>
