No delivery, no refund despite 8 weeks of excuses!

I ordered a bag of ******GREEN instant lawn from this company in October - they promised delivery within 3-5 working days. I am still awaiting my delivery and despite being promised a refund weeks ago, each time I enquire I am given a different excuse. Nearly 8 weeks later I have neither my order nor my refund - clearly either a **** or a highly ********* business. <br> May this be a warning to other potential customers - do not do business with this company!
