BAD SERVICE, NO SERVICE!!!!

We visited the factory on the 5th January, to order 50 BUNKBEDs from them. Which would have been delivered on the 16 Feb. NO Delivery, loads of excuses. Then promise to deliver on the 25th Feb, once again, NO DELIVERY and loads of *** stories. I bug Jaco everyday for a refund on the Matrass's for had to buy others for my group arriving on the 1st. Then he promised a refund of Matrass's by the 27th Feb, and to have the beds ready by the 9th March. REALLY, when I phone he LIES, full of STORIES, today I put him under pressure for I want to come and pick the beds up on MONDAY the 9th, and Suddenly he refunds me all my money (matrass's and beds). THAT is BREACH of CONTRACT!!! you can not accept my money and then not deliver. 8 Weeks after I have paid you!!! This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. <br> <br> DONT do business with these people... THEY LIE, LIE and LIE!!!
