Uninformed

I booked at checkers Pretoria I knew nothing about extra cost for over weighed luggage. The senior weighed my bags in and wrote on a pierce of paper and told me to board when we changed over in Jo'burg the conductor told me I have to pay R85 as my bags were over weighed and did not have cash . I'm very unhappy if I knew this I would have made arrangements. I do need some sort of apology as I was confronted in front of the whole Jo'burg station and I felt like a ******** or stowaway . Don't be like the other busses and treat the patrons like **** we keep the business afloat after all
