Painful customer service

<p>Africa people mover bus company once left me at a bus station. I was stranded. I was later taken by Inyercape Bus when they felt sorry for me. As if that was not enough. I am sitting with a ticket that I booked at Shoprite. However whe I went to their offices they told me that my booking did not appear in their system, and that I was not the only one with a similar problem that day. They took mu detals and promised to call me. I never received a call and this happened on the 2nd of April. It is almost a month now.</p>
