USELESS

<p>Useless!!! Booked and paid an overnight stay for 4 as we had a wedding across the road from their premises. Spoke to them 3 times the week of the wedding (even the morning of the wedding where they confirmed we can book in from 14h00. When we tried to check in "The are fully booked we must move to Benoni hotel (IN TOWN), 15 MINUTES away from where they are located. With 45 minutes left before the wedding starts. We booked to stay over as one can't drink and drive and our wedding was accross the road at the Lake convention centre. We could have stayed over at our own house or gotten an uber for the night. Rather book with The lakes convention centre and hotel where we eventually slept over. They are unprofessional, the venue and accommodation is beautiful and they will never book more than what they can handle on their premises. We tried to contact the manager of Africa Paradise. She didn't pick up or tried to phone back to date. She is apparently the one that keeps booking more people than what can be accommodated for. Makes sense because it is not her problem when people are turned away. We were apparently the 6th couple that complained about this. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!</p>
