Africa Paradise - OR Tambo Airport Boutique Hotel - Terrible Service

We are booking accomodation on a regular basis and have not experience such bad treatment as we have with Africa Paradise - OR Tambo Airport Boutique Hotel. We have a booking confirmation and given oour credit card details. A day before we are called and advised that our booking is no longer available. They dont call clients just send them an email. No one is prepared to listen. I would be cautioned to book with a company like this. I believe mobile calls might be too expensive so to save money email is cheaper. I was told you need to check your emails.
