Owners disinterested, inaccurate advertising.
I booked to stay at Africa Paradise for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) while I was receiving medical treatment nearby. The room was clean and appropriate for my requirements. The staff were friendly, kind and accommodating (they prepared breakfast for me a little earlier than their usual time). However. In order for me to secure my booking, I had to pay in full prior to my arrival. This included 5 dinners and 5 breakfasts (despite it saying on the website that breakfast was included). The food isn't great but their coffee was good. When I returned to the hotel after my treatments each day, I did not feel well enough for food and cancelled my dinner. I was informed that I would not be refunded for these meals. On the Thursday, my breakfast did not arrive in time for me before I had to head off to the clinic. I then returned to an unmade and uncleaned room. Nothing had been done since I left the room at 6.45am and it was 4.30pm when I returned. We left the hotel, not staying the final night. Management has not bothered to contact to discuss the situation despite receiving over R2500 for services unrended.
