We would like to thank the Africa natural tours team for trying their best to make our Mt. Meru climb a memorable and very special experience. It was much appreciated that our request for change of tour guide was handled in a professional manner without question asked. Our Arusha National Park ranger, Gideon made an impression from the beginning, and his humor, thoughtfulness and protectiveness turned the mountain trekking into a great and unforgettable experience, even when putting one foot in front of the other was a painful challenge. He is an exceptional guy and park ranger.

Room for improvement: Change the tipping process, it was an awkward and unpleasant experience that left a bitter taste right at the end. We would suggest to have the customers fill out the form in their room and put the money in an envelope without duress from the tour guide
