One year no stock no refund

On Thu 2017/03/30 I ordered 12 cases of Black Nitrile gloves from Medimark Shakeel Sayed to the value of R 7,660.80. It was promised that it would be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. After a week passed I phoned Shakeel Sayed and he promised that it will be delivered the next week by Thursday as he had problems with his supplier. The week after the supposed Thursday delivery I phoned again and he said the gloves will be shipped the same day. Another week passed and I sent him an email that I wanted a refund as he was not taking my calls. here is the email:

Good day Shakeel, I have tried to call you with no answer, As agreed you would have sent me a tracking number for the gloves I have ordered by today. I have still not received it, therefore I request that you repay the amount of R 7,660.80 today and send me the proof of payment to this email. Wed 2017/04/26 3:24 PM

Good morning

I received your voice message and acknowledged receipt of this mail and its sentiments.

Will do the necessary Tuesday morning when we return Fri 2017/04/28 8:10 AM

Various calls have since been made with a variety of excuses given to me by Shakeel Sayed. He also keeps promising to refund me but nothing happens. I just phoned him now again and told him that I need my money to be refunded Immediately. Medimark Shakeel Sayed, IS A DISHONIST BUSINESS MAN and out of my experience I caution everybody not to do business with him. It has been over 40 days now and I have not received the gloves or my refund.
