LIES - BAD SERVICE

<p>I ordered an autoclave steriliser from Shakeel Sayed. before I paid for it, i specifically asked if they item was in fact in stock, he said that it was. when he sent me the invoice, it said that delivery will take 5 to 7 days for delivery.</p> <p>After a week i followed up as to when i can expect delivery he had all these tall tails about where the stock would be coming. Then he said definitely 15/07 (already 3 weeks late) then on 15/07 there were more excuses. now he says mid August. and he can't really explain why.</p> <p>My boyfriend and I are opening a tattoo and piercing studio, we were supposed to open on 01/07 and can't do so without this enqiupment. This is causing a massive loss of income for us.</p> <p><br />I have asked for my money back, but let's see.</p> <p>Every time I showed any level or annoyance at the situation, he would get very ugly about it - something which employees are generally not allowed to get away with. after reading all the complaints about him online, I am convinced that the company is not real. No 'Manager of Marketing' or whatever behaves like this. I think he is a *********** and a *****. I have given him a few days to give the refund or i will be laying a charge against him.</p>
