Unhappy service provider

We assisted this company with media so that they could remain in business, we really went out of our way to assist them, we too are a very small business and our margins are small, they promised month after month they would pay something and it was never forthcoming and to date they avoid settling their bill, If you deal with this company always ask for payment up front never allow an account.
