Completely unprofessional and no ethics!

I ordered a canvus print including a picture of what I wanted and was given double the size on the completely wrong exposure after stipulating that it must be exactly the same. It was agreed that it could be changed, this then dragged out for a month to get the correct one that I am yet to see as I need to transport it to where I live outside South Africa. I was never once offered a refund for the difference I paid and I had to ask for it. A month later after receiving the "correct canvus" I still continue to get the run around from Patrick with empty promises... even arranging someone to go fetch the money, after some time of pretending he wasn't there he came out the house and denied knowing anything about it then saying his wife would pay......3 weeks later I still wait for even a reply from my whatsapps and emails
