Avoid online orders at all costs

Please avoid online orders from this company at all costs! I placed and paid for my order on 6 August 2026. To date I have not received the product nor the subsequent refund I requested once I realized I would not receive the product timeously. I have always had to initiate communication with the company, they have not reached out with updates even once! I have requested multiple times for Philile in management to contact me about said refund to no avail. Simply not good enough. As an online business owner myself, refunds or credits take no longer than 2 working days and I as tge customer should not have to constantly chase up on poor service delivery.
