Worst service ever! No delivering on their promises!

Ordered items in November 2019 and opted for delivery. They called to say that I should collect since my delivery address was in the same area as their office. I went there in January 2020 and my order wasn’t even ready. They told me they attempted delivery and I wasn’t there which was impossible since I used my work address. The man I spoke to was beyond rude and *********. He told me they’d redo the one item and I could fetch it in a day, I went there again and the item was in the wrong size. I requested a refund as they had failed to deliver yet again on their guarantee... To date! I’m still waiting for my refund.
