Worst service ever!!!

My first bad experience started last year, December with my order where I went to the store and asked them make me a dress and matching shirt for my partner for a wedding I had to attend, they took measurements and all and I made the deposit payment, come time to fit the clothes, my partners shirt was I store and he was happy with the fix, my dress was still not in store, so no fitting for me, delivery was promised to me by the owner and consultant, lies, I only got the dress 5hours to the event, it still needed alteration and the boss was not even apologetic about what happened. Just when I thought things were bad, they got worse, went to store again on September 2nd for another order for them to make for my partner and I. Started off with the material they said they had and gave me something else, then the delivery doesn't come for the fitting appointment and worse when I finally comes they separated the orders and my partner's shirt is not there. Today 22 September 2023, I'm supposed to collect my clothes and the shirt is still not in store, 6:30pm it only arrives but it's not even joined, material was cut in midrand and it's not even enough to finish off the shirt. Yohhhhh Lord did I not want to scream, after the long wait things are still kit done. The bosses keep promising that deliveries are coming and lying about it. They fail to answer the consultants and even go to the extend of ignoring their calls and saying to the consultants that they are lying when they tell them that we want our orders. This shop needs to be closed because they don't care about their customers, they don't want to give refunds or discounts as an apology for their bad service. Shame don't get me wrong the consultants fight for us but their bosses show no support to them and care less about them. Africa Fashion House Wonderpark has the worst service in the world. Do not listen to their promises because they are lies.
