Worst service ever

I purchased one of their tops online, money went off my account but I did not receive an email confirming my purchase. I send a message asking if this order is received and someone reads the whatsapp message I sent and doesn't respond. I then send them another message once I realise that I will not get attended to and still, no response. I then decide to call them and a guy responds and I tell him my story and all he says is they will assist, I ask when and he says they will, and I tell him this is bad service and why does he not help me since I'm on the phone. He just tells me they'll help when they do and hangs up on me. This is the worst service I've ever come across and they don't care about their customers. I will not be buying anything from them again. Where do they get their staff, they need customer service training.
