They want to take all my money. The company is run by some men from outside South Africa and they made a South African lady a glorified manager who doesn't make decisions.

I paid this shop almost R8000 for a wedding dress but because of Covid_19 they could not make the dress. I went back to them to and requested that they made me replacement dresses with the credit. That was never done. Now I want my money back and they want to charge me R1800 for cancelation and 33 percent of the fabric. When I demanded to see the fabric, it's not there.
