It started off well, ordering items & received items fairly promptly. I signed up for the account which earns you rewards and placed few more orders with my rewards accumulating. One order I placed the size which I received was wrong & I was told to send it back & they would send correct size & as a gesture for the inconvenience & courier fee incurred, I could buy dress to the value of courier. I chose the Kundai Razor dress. After few back & forth arguments with them now claiming I cant get the dress on the special price as they did not log it in on the day offer was valid, they agreed to honour my order. We went into lockdown shortly after. During lockdown they then had a special on the Kundai Mushroom dress for R99, my rewards were to the value of R89, I tried to place order using rewards & had to pay in a difference of less than R13. When trying to make payment, THEIR system was probably too overloaded or something & payment page kept showing processing until it timed out, must have tried 3/4 times...took screen shots as evidence & sent in enquiry. To date the following issues/orders have not been resolved: 1) Delivery of “Courier refund“ Kundai Razor dress from around the 11th of March (cant confirm exact date) 2) Delivery of Kundai Hive dress ordered 25 March 2020 3) Reversal & crediting of my rewards for unsuccessful purchase of the Kundai Mushroom dress. I have requested my rewards either be credited back to my account or they offer me dress on the special price using my rewards.

I cannot even begin to count the number of whatsapp & email messages I have sent, back n forth, pilar to post, our team will contact you, over a month nobody has called. Emails I keep being told once rewards redeemed I cannot use them second time.

These people are legit ********** and need to be dealt with!!!
