TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORST EXPERIENCE YOU'LL EVER RECEIVE!!!

I must say that Africa Fashion House Midrand will offer you the worst experience. On the 4th of November 2021 I placed an order online and opted for urgent delivery which was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of November 2021. The order was never delivered on the day and mind you, I actually paid for this urgent delivery. When I called them and asked for a refund on the delivery that I had to pay for which never arrived on time, they gave me the run around and that issue was never resolved till today, I was dealing with someone named Paladi and when I asked what is happening to the order, all they do is give you a number of the courier for you to follow up with them yourself. They will not take accountable and shift they blame. They are the people who deal with the couriers and should check up on them if they have done what they needed to do, ON TIME. Then I had to go back to the African Fashion House in Midrand on the 28th of November 2021 because the dress was to big and needed to be Altered. They promised that the dress would be ready on the 3rd of November 2021 and I can collect. I got to Midrand Fashion House at around 3pm on the 3rd of November 2021 to collect. We waited 30 minutes to be assisted until I had to stand up and ask for assistance. The receptionist there told me that the dress will be out shortly, they are just busy with minor adjustments. We waited for like an hour for these "minor" adjustments to be completed. We went back to the receptionist to check up on the progress, and mind you the manager is there the whole time watching me complain but he could not give a care in the world, just pathetic and I really don't know what his role there is because he does absolutely nothing. Then after spending close the an hour and a half waiting for this dress, they come back to say the dress is not ready and we will deliver it to you, and they promised that this will be done the same day. Was it ever delivered, or did I at least receive a call? No. I had to call them the following morning and all they say is that, it is with our courier, they give you the number and tell you to deal with the courier yourself. Till now I don't have the dress and honestly it is exactly draining to deal with African Fashion House Midrand. It is an absolute nightmare and the service is the worst. I would highly recommend that you don't use their services or don't purchase anything from them because they do not take their customers seriously.
