Terrible customer service. ****!

Terrible customer service. No communication or acknowledgement of orders and payments.

I ordered an African print shirt and paid on the 20th of February, including an extra courier fee of R99 for 2 - 3 day service. Till to date I haven't received the order. I've been trying to reach them via email and their social pages (now blocked from commenting and accessing them) without luck.

They eventually rep**** to my email few days ago indicating that my order has been cancelled on their side and that they will process a refund. I'm still waiting. Over a month later I'm still without the ordered item/refund.
