Selfish and annoying service

I made an order and went to collect after I got a email saying my order is ready for collection. Unfortunately one dress was missing, I Called them they told me to come back on Monday. Monday they don't have the dress and told me to collect Tues, Tuesday I decided to give them some time and collect Saturday, Saturday they've been shying away, no one wanted to help, after waiting and complaining to almost everyone for almost an hour they said they still Making a dress I should wait 30 more minutes. Is actually not the 1st time, when you complain on Facebook they block you. This is the worst customer service and I don't recommend them to anyone. They only care about money coming in
