Refund required - over 6months no response from AFH.

I have since requested refund in February 2020, to this date I have not gotten my money back. I sent them numerous emails, got no response. when I call one gets different people on the line, who never provides constructive feedback. communication is bad, they say there is nothing they can do apart from following up with account department. how does one follow up for 6 months for mere R250 really now.

I spoke to a lady called Priscilla, she also said she cannot help me, I requested that she gives me contact details of accounts department, she refused. how does one go about getting a service rendered. this is most definitely my first and last time I order anything from this bogus service company. a mere R250 for 6 months really.
