Poor service substandard workmanship

I do not recommend this shop to anyone, they have the poorest service I’ve ever seen. They don’t pick up calls don’t respond to emails, don’t deliver within timeframes. I placed 2 orders with them last year September, they failed to deliver I sent WhatsApp no answer no response on emails and calls. I saw their reviews here and started to panic I ended up calling Payfast which I used to make payment to them wanting to reverse my payment. Payfast made contact with them first and it’s only when contacted by Payfast they started emailing me and calling me. They dispatched my orders so fast but the workmanship was very very poor not what is on the pictures at all it’s as if they were handmade, very poor products what a waste of my money! Other dresses have no lining but i ordered lining They are killing a business with such a great potential as they have beautiful fabrics!
