Poor service and no respect for customers

These people need to be visited by law the enforcemeant or EFF members and sort them out as I see that they do this to all their customers. They are ****** obviously,their service is disgusting. They are here to rob people of their money. I ordered two dresses in September 2019. October went by and November without my order. I kept contacting them,they didn’t bother to call or message me to say what was delaying the order. It was when I was asking for a refund when they sent the order. When my order finally came, one dress was completely different to what I ordered and it was not my size it was huuuuuge. The other one came with no doek,the belt was terrible,it was a joke. I wish I could upload the photos of that belt. When I called them ,I was told the doek will be sent shortly together with a belt that will replace the horrible one. And I must send back the wrong dress that was sent to me,I told them that ,that was not my fault they must collect the dress, I’m not going to pay for sending the dress back,it was their fault. The guy agreed, but up to today the dress was not collected nothing has been said about that ,I decided to give it to my sister. But I still have not received the doek and the belt up to today ,the 16 of March 2020. What kind of people are these? I asked them in February to at least give me another dress which was marked down ,it was even cheaper that the doek that they owe me,they agreed but guess what ,they have not sent that dress too. The are just are taking people for granted, someone needs to teach them a lesson. They are sickening.
