Poor service

I have ordered and paid for a dress and a shirt at Africa fashion house that was on the May this year I have sent several emails, calls without picking them up no feedback or something I called them to find out when can I collect my order they said I must come last week went there after calling them the dress has been sold they will call me till today I called them more than 15 times they are not picking up my calls so there's no dress and there's no refund
