Poor customer service-No delivery

These people have the worst customer service ever. I received an email to collect my order on specified dates, I went there and was told my order is still not ready.

I informed them that I will not drive back as it was a distance and they had indicated my stuff will be ready. They said they will rather courier it when it is ready. It has been over a month, I have been trying to call them wanting to find out on the status of my order. All I want is my money back if they cannot deliver.
