Order since April

I made an order since April still have not received it, called more than several times, wrote them emails they do not respond I went as far as reaching out to them on social media platforms still nothing. They say I should call the same number that I always call when they tell me they'll get back to me but they don't. I asked for a refund they refused. I just want what I ordered
