Online purchase in April 2021 not delivered

My experience is not good at all, and im not the only one. Every time I visit the store in Wonderpark Mall Pretoria, I meet a different person coming to complain. I made an order on online and payed immediately for an attire as it was the specials for April 2021. I was told I will receive my order within two weeks. After a month i visited their main branch in Midrand and my order was incomplete. Till today i have not received some items of the order. Everytime i visit the store, i get told it will be sorted and they will contact me. i am even tired of visiting the store. they provided a whatsapp no, even there no joy.My order of two sets of family attire still not sorted. the event i was planning to wear them for has come and gone. I need advise
