No Customer service

Ordered a dress on their online &website says orders take 7 working days to be delivered to the store of your choice i then chose Maponya 10 working days later my order is still not yet in store; their lady Miranda at the headoffice who deals with online orders is so so rude, she was speaking back on me she doesnt listean an then she switched off the phone the next day she promised she will send my order to the store when i phone the store im being told only my husbands shirt has arrived i mean what about the dress is it even going to arrive.Since monday ive been contacting them my daughter is getting mareied on saturday dont know what im going to wear thanks to africa Fashion house with their slow , pathetic service .
