Lack of business ethics and lack of proffessionalism

I went to Africa Fashion House for a wedding dress to be made. I then went for a fitting in December 29 2020. I was told the dress was not finished and it was just a first fitting but it will definitely be finished by end of Jan. Now when I am trying to follow up no one has an idea of what is going on and worse the consultant who assisted has since left the company. This shows such lack of professionalism and work ethics from this company. Why take on clients if you don't know how to run a business
