Incorrect order received

Africa Fashion House they sent me a wrong order. I ordered a Short Blaque dress with a belt order number BB***. But today I received a wrong order that belongs to Bongiwe Mahlangu a Blaque mini-finity dress with order number BB*** Can you please send a courier to come and collect this wrong item that you gave me and send me my correct order ASAP. You people don't reply on Facebook, WhatsApp, calls and emails.
