Incompetence

Terrible customer service, so much incompetence it is frustrating. I have been trying to collect an order made in March, it is now the end of November and I still don't have the right dress. When you go for collection, you must have the whole day because you will be kept waiting while they stroll around doing Lord knows what. I would not recommend them at all.
