I want my refund

On the 14th of February I went to Africa Fashion House (Maponya Mall) with an interest of getting a bridal package, which they had a special of 10k. Spoke to the lady by the name of Noma who the said,if I want to advantage of the special I need to pay in 50%deposit or the whole amount before the month ends of which I did and paid R5000 deposit for the 10k special.

Few days later I then went to the shop to speak to Noma about my specifications,she then told me that the dress I'm interested in is not on special and goes for R4500 which will chow the chunk of the 10k, I found the prices to be exorbitant and felt I now had to settle for something that wasn't too pricey and that was a let down.

I then went home,slept on it and reconsidered the whole deal. The following day I went to AFH which was the 1st of March to cancel the whole deal and get my 5k refund, Noma who is a Manager there came with all sorts stories that, I wont be able to get a refund because there would penalties of which she could not explain , she then gave me and said she will give me a refund but has to be processed by the Head Office in Midrand. On Monday the 4th I went to the branch to make follow up, she said I should call head office and follow it up with them,of which I did.

I'm sent from pillar to post about this refund, im told Miranda will call me if not her then Lawrence then the Boss which is Lawrence is out of the country and won't be able to process anything, then I have to wait for Mathlaku who is also the boss, I have been waiting for their call for over a week now and I'm calling Midrand almost everyday without luck, I just want my refund cause there is no cotract that is binding me to o be in business with them..
