I made an order on the 25th of February and paid for it

I made an order on the 25th of February and paid for it. I went to collect it on the week of the 8th March but it was not available. I went back again on the 17th of March still nothing. I have been calling them and sending messages on WhatsApp and Messenger with no luck. I don't know what to do anymore
