Horrible service

I placed an order with them and made a payment on the 28th of November 2021. And till today I still haven't received my order. I have called, sent WhatsApp messages and even tried sending an email but nothing. I ended up having to spend money I didn't budget for because the outfits were to be worn at a wedding on Christmas day. I am utterly disappointed at their service and will not recommend them to anyone.
