Horrible, Pathetic Customer Service

OMG!!! What a Horrible service I received from AFRICA FASHION HOUSE in Midrand??? These people have been trying to fix a mess they made in August. I returned the dress to them in September and picked it up today and they didn't do anything to the dress. Not even to put back the lining they cut off for the dress to fit me. The owner had the audacity to tell me that I didn't bring the dress in September and the dress was fixed.
